  • Standard hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 4pm. Hours can be arranged outside of these times for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange an after hours booking.

  • Yes. Witness(es) will not be provided by the notary, nor can the notary be considered a witness to the signing of your document.

  • No. All signatures, including witness(es) must take place in the presence of the notary public. Documents that are signed before the notary’s arrival will not be able to be notarized and travel fee will be forfeited.

  • Please ensure that all parties are on time and have your document(s) printed and ready. Valid photo identification will be required for all signers, please ensure that all parties have a valid photo ID on their person at the time of signing.

    Notary can print documents if emailed to them at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. There is a printing fee of 25 cents per page.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost or loss of travel fee, as long as a minimum of one hour notice is provided. If you believe you may need to reschedule, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to find a new time for your appointment.
