$2.00 fee assessed per each notarized stamp

$45.00 travel fee for each single trip within St. Charles county during normal business hours/days.
This fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than a one hour notice. Fee will also not be refunded if notarization does not take place due to no fault of the notary. Notary will only wait 15 minutes past appointment start time for signings to begin.

$65.00 travel fee for each single trip to a county neighboring St. Charles county.
This fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than a one hour notice. Fee will also not be refunded if notarization does not take place due to no fault of the notary. Notary will only wait 15 minutes past appointment start time for signings to begin.

An additional fee of $15 will be assessed for appointments that occur outside of normal business hours/days or on federal holidays.
